Making change happen is pretty simple when you break it down.

• There’s something new coming.
• We need to help people to prepare for it.
• We need to help people through the transition to the “new” thing.
• We need to support them afterward.

Sounds simple enough.

No one should expect it to be easy though.

It won’t be.

It isn’t.

Many organizations don’t do this very well.

Anyone can help their organization, department, team, and colleagues, by learning how to do it better.

• Read a book or an article (or even a blog).
• Take a webinar or a course.
• Talk to someone who knows more than you.
• Muster your inner confidence and find your swagger.

Any of these will help point you in the right direction to becoming a bit better at making change happen.
