In early 2020, I was walking down the street one evening and saw this in the shop window of an Adidas store.

So true.
And although the context of Adidas’ business was different than my client’s, the context really doesn’t matter.
Change is a team sport.
People need to come together around an idea that creates change.
And people need to come together to help others to prepare and implement change.
You can’t get there by yourself.
And even though there are times when you may feel alone and even isolated, “fighting the good fight,” to make change happen, you need others in the boat with you.
Regardless of whether you’re the idea person, the money person, the project person, or the people person, change is a team sport.
Go find others willing to jump on board with you. It will help.
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” – African proverb
Have a great weekend!
