What kind of leader do you want to be?

Do you want to be the kind of leader that attracts people to work for you?

Do you want to be the kind of leader who cares for the people in your charge?

Do you want to be the kind of leader who goes the extra mile to get things done in a way that does no harm?

Do you want to be the kind of leader who can drive change to help customers, employees and your organization?

If you answered yes to any of these, you sound like the kind of person I’d like to work with.

Not everyone agrees with me when I talk about how to lead change.

Or when I reinforce the importance of trust, caring and feeding, standing up for your people, being helpful, supportive, positive, happy, encouraging.

If you don’t agree with me, that’s ok.

Much of what I propose comes with an assumption, and that’s that you care.

If you don’t, that’s ok.

But I don’t think I’ll be able to help you the way I think you probably need to be helped and the way I’d like to help.

I’m not looking to work with every leader or every company.

But if you answered yes to any of the questions above, then I think we could do great things together.

I want to work with those that think the way I think and, as Simon Sinek said, who believe what I believe.

I bet you do too.

Have a great week!
