I recently finished the book Unreasonable Hospitality, by Will Guidara. I wrote about it a month or so ago (here)
I highly recommend it. While his story centers on life in the restaurant business, so many lessons are valuable for any aspiring leader and change maker.
Here are two:
Be nicer than you think you should be.
Show more care than people expect.
Will Guidara, Unreasonable Hospitality
Simple and clear.
Anyone can do this.
Everyone should do this.
No matter what you do or where you work.
Be nicer than you think you should be.
Show more care than people expect.
If you’re leading change and you can do these two things, I’m not sure you need much else.
Are you unreasonable?
Have a great week!
