Today, every manager – junior, middle and senior – has to lead change.
As far as I can tell, none of them asked for a new assignment or more work, but alas here they are.
And they need help
They’re not looking for “change management” help either.
They just have goals and objectives to deliver. Like always. And high expectations on their shoulders.
Plus… no one cares about them. Not the leaders above them, and not their own team member… As long as they do everything everyone demands and expects, all will be fine, right?
But this sh*t is hard… and very people-y, which can make it even more challenging.
Let’s review…
- They have to deliver real things.
- They’re under tremendous pressure.
- They really have no help.
- And no one cares.
Let that land.
If you’re reading this right now, there’s a way for you to help.
Three shifts:
- From expert to illuminator
- From projects to moments
- From managing to unleashing
Leaders don’t need frameworks and theory. They need someone to guide them, teach them, and be their partner in crime.
That’s you.
And you have exactly what it takes. Simple, but not easy.
Get your cape!
